Kotie de Coning (5902165084080), resident in Orchards, Johannesburg, has extensive general management and executive human resources exposure, over 26 years gained at African Cables Limited and the Dorbyl Group. He specializes in Performance Management, Training Consulting, Experiential Education, Leadership Development, Personal Development, Mentoring/Coaching, Communication, Strategic Facilitation and General Skills Development, and he handles Business Development, Product/Program Development and Client Liaison.
He studied at the University of the Orange Free State where he obtained his BPL and BPL (Honours) degrees cum laude. He also did CPIR11 at Wits University and SMP at University of Cape Town Business School.

Angie Ngema (620704040844081) is a resident of Orlando East, with 20 years working experience in amongst others Edgars and Dorbyl Limited. Through her career she advanced from Sales Assistant, Receptionist, Typist, Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Human Resources Executive at ERF (SA) and Busaf, to Administrator and Facilitator. She is currently responsible for all Financial and Administration matters and in charge of the office in Houghton, Assessment, client and delegate liaison, certification and accreditation matters and all matters regarding programs and liaison with the Seta’s and SAQA.

Leizel Sampson studied at the University of PE where she did her BA POL. Sc degree. She went on to receive her BA Hons. POL Sc (cum laude) and partially completed a masters degree in Conflict Management. Liezel has subsequently had work experience relating to the following areas:
- Project management (4 years)
- Management training (2 years)
- Human resources/ Labour relations Management (1 year)
- Staff training and recruitment (4 years)
- Management consulting (2 years)
She has a vast store of knowledge and experience in public speaking and the presentation of various soft skills training programs. In this regard her main focus is in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Project Management, Cultural Diversity and Strategic Facilitation.

Tinus Keyser did a BA degree, BA Psychology (Hons) and MA Psychology at the University of the Orange Free State. Thereafter he completed a Psychology Internship at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital. Tinus has subsequently had work experience relating to the following areas: Skills Development, Change Enablement, Facilitation, Cirriculum and Learning Material Development, Mentorship and Coaching Development, Youth and Intern Development Programmes, etc.
His work experience includes:
- Psychologist (Correctional Services) 6 years
- Psychologist (South African Police Service) 6 years
- Corporate Consultant (9 years)
- Skills Facilitator (9 years)
Tinus has had experience in presenting a large variety of soft skills programs. His areas of expertise include: Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Counselling, Facilitation Skills, Change Enablement, Emotional Awareness, Creativity, Mentoring/Coaching, Personal Development Programs and Team Development. He is an Absailing and Rock-climbing instructor and has facilitated numerous adventure based training and team building sessions.
