Achieving bottom line improvements through sustainable behavioral change The company Vendcorp 144, was registered in 1997, as a provider of Training and Development Solutions. We are proud of our status as Black Empowered company having achieved a 50% Black Ownership and being 50% owned by Black Women. Siyakhula Development was established on the foundation of valuing diversity and we believe that one can only derive credibility and present effective interventions if you have lived by the principles and practices you teach. We have two Diversity Management Programs as anchor programs in our portfolio, hence our commitment to valuing diversity. Siyakhula Development has Accreditation with the Services SETA. (Registration no: 0496/17/05/04) . All our programs are aligned to unit standards, which are SAQA accredited. We are a presenter of short courses; of which all fully comply with SAQA requirements. All our staff and facilitators have been accredited as facilitators, and some as assessors, moderators, RPL Advisors and Internal Modifiers. We have access to a wide network of professionals and specialists that can assist clients in almost every HR related and Skills Development Field. Our clients range from some of the leading Blue-chips, Corporates, and SA Government Departments at National. Provincial and local level, to SMME’s, many deciding to employ us on a monthly retainer basis for the purposes of conducting strategic interventions (such as coaching, mentoring, performance management and vulnerability analysis), legal compliance and general HR consulting. From humble beginnings as a consulting firm, we have now developed a comprehensive range of soft skills and leadership development programs and have extended the scope of our business to bring our clients a wide range of services, professional support network and product packages Refer to our Services and Products. It is however in the areas of Mentoring/Coaching, Customised Leadership Behaviour Change Interventions and Performance Management that we have established ourselves as one of the front runners in the Southern African Market. We are committed to the fight against HIV/AIDS/STD’s in the South African workplace and wider communities. Our development programs range from basic awareness, education and peer education at a more advanced level. The various charities, institutions caring for HIV Orphans that enjoy our support are an indication of the care and dedication we have for those that are affected and infected by the disease.
